Privacy and personal data protection
This page summarises which personal data we process on the website and in the demo request form, why, and your rights.
1What we process
In the demo request form we collect your full name, business email, organisation and, optionally, your job title and intended use.
The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
2Purpose and retention
We use this information only to assess your request and contact you.
Decided requests are deleted automatically 180 days after the decision, open requests 365 days after creation.
3Where it is stored
Our database is hosted in the European Union, in a data centre in Frankfurt.
On the platform, organisations' data is separated with row-level access; documents are stored with a SHA-256 fingerprint.
4Cookies and browser storage
Your language preference is kept in a cookie and your theme preference in your browser's storage.
When you sign in, session cookies are used for authentication.
5Your rights
Under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) you may learn whether your data is processed, request its correction or deletion, and object to processing.
