The whole platform
The whole sustainability process, in one piece of software.
Owldit is AI-powered sustainability management software: it collects and verifies data, calculates emissions, analyses risks and material topics, keeps the team on one calendar, writes the TSRS report and publishes it in your corporate design.
Captures data
Wherever the data is, it arrives with its evidence.
Read from invoices
Drag and drop an electricity or natural gas invoice (PDF) or an e-invoice XML; consumption lines are proposed as drafts and every value is shown with a quote from the invoice. E-invoices are read without AI.
Bulk upload from Excel
Upload hundreds of rows at once with the template. Invalid rows are rejected one by one with a reason; valid rows are added as drafts.
Internal data requests
Request monthly data from facilities and teams with a form; scheduling and reminders run in Owldit, and every value arrives for approval with its evidence.
Supplier portal
Request Scope 3 and CBAM data from suppliers with a link. Suppliers fill in the form and upload evidence without an account; accepted values become draft rows.
KAP and report archive
Sustainability filings on KAP and company reports are scanned every night; the original file is stored byte for byte with its SHA-256 fingerprint.
Calculates emissions
With official factors and traceable formulas.
Greenhouse gas inventory
Scope 1 and Scope 2 (location- and market-based), by facility. Official grid factors, the GWP set and the heating value basis are shown explicitly.
Scope 3
All 15 value-chain categories, using activity, spend and supplier-specific methods. Disclosed separately, never mixed into the totals.
Refrigerant and fire suppression gases
Register air conditioning, cooling and suppression equipment; Scope 1 fugitive emissions are calculated from refills and leaks.
YEK-G and I-REC certificates
Renewable energy certificates flow into market-based Scope 2 with their documents.
TR-ETS monitoring and reporting
Installation file, source streams, tiers and the annual emissions report, following the pilot period calendar.
CBAM
Embedded emissions of goods exported to the EU: direct and indirect emissions per installation and production process, precursors and the verifier package.
Product carbon footprint
Cradle-to-gate product footprints with allocated gate-to-gate emissions and sourced inputs; approved records are immutable.
Group consolidation
Inventory per subsidiary with ownership and control shares, and the consolidated total (GHG Protocol, Chapter 3).
Analyses
The judgements TSRS asks for, with their reasoning.
Double materiality
Identify material sustainability topics, write a rationale for every decision and approve it under the four-eyes rule.
Climate risks and opportunities
Assess physical and transition risks under scenarios; the risk register links to TSRS 2 disclosures.
Financial effects
Record the effect of climate-related risks and opportunities on the financial statements by period and amount.
Industry metrics
The metrics in the KGK industry guidance; a rationale is required for every metric that does not apply.
Target tracking and reduction scenarios
Track targets and intensity metrics; see the effect of actions on emissions and carbon cost before they enter the report.
Environmental and social indicators
Water, waste, energy and workforce indicators using GRI definitions; every record has evidence and approved records are immutable.
Writes and designs the report
From an AI draft to a publication in your corporate design.
TSRS 1 and TSRS 2 report
AI writes a section-by-section draft from your approved data; footnotes show the TSRS paragraph, document and data behind every sentence, and you edit and approve.
Report design
Template, brand colours, logo and cover image: the Word, PDF and web versions are produced in the same corporate design.
KAP form preparation
Fields of the KAP sustainability form are filled from approved data; missing fields are listed.
EU VSME data set
The VSME Basic Module figures your EU customers ask for, prepared from your approved data.
Peer benchmark
Compare your report with the values peers in your industry disclosed on KAP.
English report and web publication
AI translation with four-eyes approval; the report is published as a web page and a tagged PDF, and can be withdrawn.
Verifies and evidences
Ready for every question an auditor will ask.
Two independent reads
One person reads each value from the source, a second reads it blind without seeing the first; it is published only if both match exactly.
Four-eyes approval
Whoever enters data cannot approve it. Approvers can be assigned per facility; approval needs an explanation of year-on-year changes.
Evidence store
Invoices, meter readings, certificates: every row is tied to its document. Originals are stored with SHA-256 and open in one click.
Assurance readiness and auditor workspace
Every reported total traces back to its rows, factor, evidence and approver. Auditors request evidence from their own workspace.
Activity log
Who entered, changed or approved what and when, in a log that cannot be altered.
Brings the team together
Reporting is never a one-person job.
TSRS assistant
Answers questions from your organisation's saved and approved data, showing its sources; it does not make things up.
Calendar and owners
Section owners, milestones and deadlines in one calendar; upcoming work on the overview.
Comments, mentions and notifications
Comment on rows and sections, mention teammates; notifications land in the bell.
Workspaces
Manage several companies or subsidiaries in separate workspaces and switch in one click.
For financial institutions
Verified market data for banks and investors.
Company scorecards
Sustainability values Borsa Istanbul companies disclosed on KAP, double-signed and with their source.
Comparison
Put companies side by side on the same metric; only verified values are used.
Portfolio (PCAF)
Upload your loan book; financed emissions are calculated with the PCAF method using verified company data only.
Loan simulator
See the effect of a new loan on financed emissions and carbon cost scenarios in advance.
Security and access
- Role-based access: organisation admin, analyst, viewer, read-only auditor
- Two-step sign-in, enforceable across the organisation
- Organisation data separated at row level
- KVKK: retention periods and user anonymisation
- Read-only API and MCP access keys
